Accident insurance

Accident insurance covers insured person’s expenses caused to person’s health in case of sudden and unpredictable accident – injuries, bone fractures, in accident acquired disability (temporary or permanent) or insured person’s death. Accident insurance does not cover death expenses in case of illnesses or other health issues. It is possible to provide different accident insurance coverage by choosing various risks: death, permanent and/or temporary disability, hospital fee, medical treatment expenses, bone fractures and injures.

Insurance indemnification will be estimated in the amount of risk insurance sum or percentage of it, depending from risk and injury severity.

Health insurance

Health insurance covers expenses for everyday healthcare and person’s health improvement expenses. Usually health insurance covers variety of risks: patient installments, in-patient and out-patient healthcare services and rehabilitation (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, water treatment etc.), pharmaceuticals, dental care, optics and other prophylactic treatment as vaccination, sport activities, wellness and pregnancy care.

Heath insurance policies differ not just by included expense positions (dental care, sport, pregnancy care etc.) and their limits, but by their territorial cover. In Latvia it is also possible to acquire heath insurance policies that are valid not just in Latvia, but all around the world, providing large insurance cover limits that can be used in any world’s clinic.
